43 German Shepherds were seized from a breeder near Prince George, British Columbia, due to the dogs living in poor conditions, with plywood floors soaked in urine and piles of feces. The 31 adult dogs and 12 puppies were found underweight and exhibiting signs of distress. The dogs are currently being assessed at the North Cariboo animal centre for stiff joints, damaged teeth, painful stomach issues, and visible wounds. The investigation into the breeder's conditions is ongoing.
