Drug trafficker Stephen Earle, part of a gang using EncroChat, sentenced to 11 years and 4 months for trafficking heroin and cocaine between Merseyside and Motherwell.
Stephen Earle, a key member of a drug trafficking gang, has been sentenced to 11 years and 4 months in prison for using EncroChat to traffic at least 10 kilos of heroin and 7 kilos of cocaine between Merseyside and Motherwell. Earle, who fled to Portugal to evade arrest, was caught and extradited back to the UK as part of Operation Venetic, an NCA response to the EncroChat takedown. His cousin Terence Earle was also sentenced to 16.5 years.
