Delhi-based lawyer Mukund P Unny shared a troubling experience with Amazon India on social media, reporting an iPhone 15 exchange issue. After providing the required one-time password (OTP) and exchanging his iPhone 13, the delivery agent claimed the exchange was not final, leading Unny to return the product. Amazon Customer Care informed him to wait until 31 July for a refund, sparking speculation of a possible scam involving Amazon supervisors, delivery executives, and others.
