Caesars Entertainment sells WSOP brand, hosting rights, and online poker tournaments to NSUS Group for $500m.
Caesars Entertainment has sold its World Series of Poker (WSOP) brand and related assets to NSUS Group for $500m. The deal includes hosting rights for WSOP and WSOP Europe events, online poker tournaments, and a 20-year continuation of live tournaments at Caesars' Las Vegas casinos. NSUS Group, which operates GGPoker, plans to expand WSOP globally and leverage its technology and expertise for improved poker experiences.
