Bengaluru extends One-Time Settlement scheme for property tax defaulters to August 31, 2024.

Bengaluru's Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar announced an extension of the One-Time Settlement (OTS) scheme for property tax defaulters in Bengaluru until August 31, 2024. The scheme, initially launched in February 2024, was due to end on July 31. Due to server issues and a large number of delinquent taxpayers, the extension is intended to allow more taxpayers to take advantage of the interest-free opportunity.
