APRA lifts additional licence conditions on N.M. Super after completion of rectification work.
The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) has lifted additional licence conditions on N.M. Superannuation Proprietary Limited (N.M. Super) after it completed rectification work and met its commitments regarding governance and risk management issues. N.M. Super, part of the AMP group, oversees A$114bn in assets. APRA had previously imposed conditions in 2019 to address compliance concerns and will continue to engage with the trustee to ensure ongoing compliance.
