London-based Evelyn Partners has acquired the northern UK city offices of Haines Watts in Manchester, Leeds, and Newcastle, adding 5 partners, 9 directors, and over 150 staff to its growing Professional Services business. This is Evelyn Partners' 6th acquisition in 2023 as it seeks to expand its geographic footprint and offer complementary expertise in the north of England. The deal is expected to complete on 2 August.
