15- and 14-year-old teens arrested after leading police on a chase in a reportedly stolen Kia Soul. The car was tracked using a Flock camera, and the pursuit ended with a crash into a Metairie drainage canal. Both teens ran away but were apprehended by Kenner officers, Louisiana State Police, and Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office. The 15-year-old driver was charged with illegal possession of stolen things.
