21-year-old Nigerian sprinter Favour Ofili excluded from Paris Olympics women's 100m after Tokyo disqualification.
21-year-old Nigerian sprinter Favour Ofili has been left off the entry list for the women's 100m at the Paris Olympics, according to media reports. Despite winning the Nigerian Championships in June, Ofili accuses the Athletics Federation of Nigeria (AFN), Nigeria Olympic Committee (NOC) and National Anti-Doping Committee (NADC) of her omission. This follows her disqualification from the 2021 Tokyo Olympics for failing to comply with out-of-competition testing requirements.
