14-year-old Kamara Green from Elk Grove has been missing since May 14th. The Sacramento County Sheriff's Office and California Highway Patrol have issued an Ebony Alert, a new tool for law enforcement to find missing Black individuals under suspicious or unexplained circumstances. Kamara was last seen wearing a black turtleneck dress, black pants, and flip-flops. Anyone with information is urged to call 911.
