Havelock police have charged Darnell Amaro, 36, and are searching for Shirley Bramer, 35, both of Jacksonville, after making controlled buys of drugs. Amaro faces four counts of trafficking opium or heroin and two counts of felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver fentanyl. Bramer is wanted for two counts of felony conspiracy to traffic opium or heroin. The investigation began in March, resulting in the seizure of 62 grams of fentanyl.
