Director James Gunn announces that filming for his upcoming "Superman" movie, titled "Superman: Legacy," has wrapped, making it the first official film in the newly formed DC Universe under Gunn and Peter Safran's supervision as CEOs of DC Studios. The film, featuring David Corenswet as Superman, Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl, Edi Gathegi as Mr. Terrific, and Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor, is set to premiere in theaters on July 11, 2025.
