Leeds-based recruiter Gi Group has launched a neurodiversity agenda to tackle misconceptions and improve understanding between neurodiverse and neurotypical colleagues. The 'This is Me' campaign includes a 'Neurodiversity at Work Guide' focusing on Autism, ADHD, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, and Dyslexia, and includes personal stories and advice. Gi Group has also joined Neurodiversity in Business, a new initiative to improve employment and experience for the neurodiverse workforce.
