Community Health Systems Inc. is selling Wilkes-Barre General Hospital and two Scranton hospitals to a new nonprofit company, WoodBridge Healthcare Inc., led by health-care industry veteran Joshua Nemzoff. The $120 million deal includes Wilkes-Barre General Hospital, Regional Hospital of Scranton, and Moses Taylor Hospital. The sale requires regulatory approvals and is expected to close by the end of the year.
