30-year-old Zhaobo Wu has been charged with careless driving and three counts of failing to yield to a pedestrian after a truck hit and killed a 3-year-old boy and injured his mother and sister in a marked crosswalk in southwest Edmonton on June 27. The family was walking across the street when the truck, driven by Wu, ran over the young boy and struck the mother and daughter. The mother and daughter sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
