20-year-old Khyron Smart-Mullin was jailed for 22 months and disqualified from driving for nearly four years after deliberately driving into a police officer, causing injuries that required hospital treatment. The incident occurred on June 1st when the officer approached the occupants of a parked car in Conscience Lane, Rowde, near Devizes. Smart-Mullin fled the scene at high speed, and following an extensive police investigation, he was arrested and charged with ABH, dangerous driving, no insurance, and no driving license.
