Warburtons and Morrisons launch 'Ask for Ellen' in UK, offering free crumpets to combat holiday hunger. From August 5-25, anyone who 'Asks for Ellen' at any Morrisons Café can enjoy a free portion of crumpets, with 100,000 free servings available. This initiative aims to alleviate financial strain on families during school breaks. Since last summer's launch, the scheme has donated nearly half a million portions.
