1B Christian Walker of Arizona Diamondbacks exited Monday's game against Washington Nationals due to left oblique tightness. Kevin Newman replaced him at first base in the 4th inning. Walker, who leads the Diamondbacks with 71 RBIs and is tied for team lead with 23 homers, was unavailable for comment, but his manager Torey Lovullo believes Walker first felt the oblique during his 2nd inning at-bat.
