Cork-based customer service firm ResultsCX plans to hire 200 new staff in Ireland by early 2025, bringing its total workforce to over 500. The company, which acquired Zevas Communications in 2023, has already doubled its workforce, creating around 150 new sales roles in Ireland's fintech sector. Many of the new positions will be remote, offering multilingual opportunities in Spanish, German, and French.
