New Zealand and Indonesia have launched an ambitious Plan of Action for 2025-2029, aiming to strengthen bilateral ties and boost trade to NZ$6bn annually by 2029. The plan, agreed by Foreign Ministers Winston Peters and Retno Marsudi, will guide cooperation in areas including trade, education, and tourism. The two countries will also work towards a joint Working Holiday Scheme and enhanced education cooperation.
