The trio will now receive new trials. In a separate case, another man, Waylon Ngaketo Cowan Walker, who was convicted of two counts of manslaughter for his alleged involvement in the crime, has also had his convictions overturned, with verdicts of acquittal entered for his two convictions of manslaughter.
