Greece's Supreme Court dismissed a case against the country's intelligence service, the EYP, after finding no evidence of illegal phone malware use for surveillance. The case was initiated in 2022 by an opposition party leader and a journalist who claimed they were under state surveillance through phone malware. The court prosecutor stated that there was no involvement of state agencies or government officials with the spyware Predator or any similar software.
