20-year-old pedestrian killed in early Sunday morning accident on SD Highway 123 near Wilmot, Roberts County. The 19-year-old female driver, not wearing a seatbelt, struck the victim while allegedly under the influence. The driver was unharmed but taken into custody for DUI charges. The South Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating the incident and withholding names until family members are informed.
