22-year-old Cincinnati native Carson Foster, a Sycamore High School alum and Mason Manta Rays swimmer, won a bronze medal in the men's 400m individual medley at the Paris Olympics. Foster finished third, just four-hundredths of a second behind the second-place finisher, Tomoyuki Matsushita of Japan. France's Leon Marchand took home the gold medal with an Olympic-record performance of 4:02.95.
