23-year-old Armonee Banks was arrested and booked into El Paso County Jail after allegedly pulling a handgun from his waistband when Colorado Springs Police approached him and another individual during a disturbance near a bar closing at 2:30 a.m. on July 28. Banks dropped the gun when ordered and was subsequently tased and taken into custody after a brief foot chase.
