Sudbury man James Fader, with a long criminal record, threatens to stab a security guard and assaults a woman. He spent 132 days in jail for possession of a weapon (knife) for a dangerous purpose, breach of release order, fentanyl possession, and obstructing a police officer. Justice Jenner issued a one-year probation order that entails no contact with certain individuals, no weapons, and staying out of New Sudbury Centre, as well as a lifetime weapons ban.
