1 person died in a two-vehicle crash in Canonsburg, Washington County. The crash occurred at 1:30 p.m. near the intersection of 1st Street and Hooks Lane. The driver of one vehicle was transported to the hospital and later pronounced dead. Canonsburg police are investigating the cause of the accident. The identity of the deceased has not been released pending notification of next of kin.
