John Lewis and Waitrose receive council approval to build a 350-flat residential tower in Bromley, South London. The development will also feature three residential towers, a new Waitrose store, new public green spaces, a cafe, and amenity spaces for local community groups and schools. Out of the 350 new apartments, just under 10% will be affordable, with 30 of the rentals designated as affordable homes.
