Fremantle midfielder Caleb Serong is on track to break the VFL/AFL possession record in his 100th game.
Fremantle midfielder Caleb Serong is set to break a VFL/AFL possession record, with his consistent form attributed to work with a sports psychologist. Serong recently won his third Glendinning-Allan Medal and achieved his 70th consecutive game with at least 20 disposals, equalling the record held by Western Bulldogs midfielder Jack Macrae. He will have the chance to break the record in his 100th game against Essendon at the MCG, and is rated fifth favorite for this year's Brownlow Medal.
