Deloitte Romania aided Belgian real estate developer WDP in acquiring three Romanian logistics parks, Global Logistics Chitila, Targu Mures Logistics Hub, and Black Sea Vision, from Globalworth and Global Vision for €110M. The deal supports WDP's expansion into Romania's logistics market, with a potential GLA of over 300,000 sqm. Deloitte provided financial and tax due diligence, as well as transaction support services.
