Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami emphasized the importance of promoting rural entrepreneurship as a key component in achieving the vision of a 'Viksit Bharat'. Speaking at the 9th NITI Aayog's Governing Council meeting, Dhami discussed the state's initiatives, including two rural incubation centres and 110 growth centres, and urged the Central Government for technical and financial support to expand these initiatives.
