Supreme Court to hear Manish Sisodia's bail plea in Delhi excise policy scam case on July 29.
The Supreme Court of India will hear the bail pleas of AAP leader Manish Sisodia on July 29 in relation to corruption and money laundering cases linked to the Delhi excise policy scam. Sisodia, former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, has been in custody for 16 months and argues that the trial has not progressed since October 2022. His previous bail pleas were denied, but the court allowed him to reapply if the trial progressed slowly.
