Sri Lankan police constable suspended after viral video shows him planting drugs in car during traffic stop. Constable, attached to Kollupitiya Police Station, was caught on tape secretly placing cannabis in a car, also accused of chewing betel nuts while in uniform & conducting the vehicle check without driver or another person present. Kollupitiya Police are investigating the incident further.
