PSNI officer injured in Dungannon, Co Tyrone, during drug act search, arm pinned between vehicle and police car.

A PSNI officer was injured in Dungannon, Co Tyrone, after his arm was pinned between a vehicle and police car during a search under the misuse of drugs act. The officer was attempting to detain the driver when the driver reversed at speed, dragging the officer and causing a collision with the stationary police vehicle. The officer was taken to the hospital for assessment of an arm and hand injury.
