3 people, including the driver Cristian Banega-Salmendares, were injured when his Dodge SUV lost control, hit a concrete wall, and crashed into a house in West Babylon, Long Island, at 12:30 a.m. The 27-year-old driver and a married couple residing in the house were taken to Good Samaritan University Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The Babylon town fire marshal and building inspector are assessing structural damage, and no criminal charges have been filed yet.
