BBC Olympics coverage viewers were surprised as two cleaners appeared and began cleaning the windows during a live broadcast of the 2024 Paris Olympics. Presenter Hazel Irvine and former British Olympic diver Tonia Couch joked about the incident, with Hazel saying, "I don't think they know they're on telly at the moment!" The cleaners continued their work unaware of their presence on air.
