Minnie Driver has been cast as the voice of a gender-flipped Penguin in the new animated series Batman: Caped Crusader, which was revealed at San Diego Comic-Con 2024. The series, produced by Prime Video, also features Hamish Linklater as Batman and Jamie Chung as Harley Quinn. This new version of Penguin, played by Driver, operates her criminal enterprise from a Gotham City cruise ship called Iceberg Lounge.
