Miller's Bakehouse opens a new warehouse in North Wollongong, upgrading from compact ovens to top-tier commercial ones. The expansion enables the artisan bakery to supply more bread, croissants, and treats to its Bulli and Wollongong shops, where customers often queue for 40 minutes before opening. The previous small ovens could only bake nine loaves at a time, causing frequent sell-outs and staffing challenges.
