Malaysian Agriculture and Food Security Ministry plans to boost MDUR88 hybrid durian cultivation, developed by MARDI, for export to meet global demand. Similar in quality to the popular Musang King, the MDUR88 variety is expected to benefit the agricultural sector and economy. The ministry aims to expand MDUR88 crop in the country to meet both domestic and international demand.
