3M Open leader Jhonattan Vegas birdied six of the final eight holes in the third round, securing a one-stroke lead over Matt Kuchar with a 16-under 197 total at TPC Twin Cities. Both players are attempting to end their respective win droughts in the PGA Tour. Vegas last won a title in the 2017 Canadian Open, while Kuchar, 46, won his last PGA Tour title at the 2019 Sony Open.
