Elderly man found dead in illegally parked van at Walmart; heat exposure suspected.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is investigating the death of an elderly man found inside a van in a Walmart parking lot. The homicide unit responded to the Walmart on Normand Boulevard on Saturday after tow truck driver Santana David, called to move the illegally parked van, noticed a hand under a blanket and saw no air circulation or open windows. The police believe the man may have died due to heat exposure.
