A construction worker was critically injured in a fire and small explosion in Ravenswood, Chicago.
A construction worker was critically injured in a fire and small explosion that occurred in the basement of a home in Ravenswood, Chicago, at around 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. The worker was taken to Stroger Hospital for treatment. No other injuries were reported, but at least four residents of the building were displaced. The Chicago Fire Department is investigating the cause of the fire.
