Oklahoma Highway Patrol seeks witness in fatal July 6 collision on SH-124. A two-car fatal accident occurred on SH-124 near EW 113 Road in Okfuskee County near Henryetta, and the driver of the vehicle involved as a witness did not stay to speak with law enforcement.
