Historic Ben Miller Park in St. Elmo reopened after renovations, featuring upgraded outdoor basketball and tennis courts, new pickleball courts, a dog park, swing set, and walkway. The park, situated beside the former Lookout Junior High School, connects the St. Elmo and Alton Park neighborhoods. Hamilton County Mayor Weston Wamp and Chattanooga Mayor Tim Kelly praised the county-city partnership for making these improvements possible.
