Major delays on BART system-wide due to power loss in Oakland; 12th St/Oakland City Center, 19th St/Oakland, Lake Merritt, and Fruitvale stations closed. Green Line service disrupted between Berryessa and Daly City, and Red Line service between Richmond and Millbrae. Trains turn back at Ashby, Rockridge, West Oakland, and Coliseum stations.
