24-year-old man shot on Brainerd Road on Friday evening, police say. The incident occurred at around 5:00 PM in the 3600 block of Brainerd Road, near the S Germantown Road intersection. The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries and is expected to survive. Chattanooga Police are investigating the case, and anyone with information is asked to call 423-698-2525.
