49-year-old man arrested for suspected murder of 35-year-old at Yishun HDB flat on 27 July. Police responded at 8.35am and found the victim motionless, pronounced dead by paramedics. The two are known to each other, and the offence of murder carries the death penalty. A large police presence was seen at the scene, with the entire 10th floor of Block 803 Yishun Ring Road cordoned off.
