41-year-old Keith Anthony McBride, a Manassas man, is wanted by Prince William County police for a fatal hit-and-run and car theft that occurred on July 20th. The victim, Jose Vasquez Galvan, 37, was approached by McBride in the parking lot of the Oasis at Montclair Apartment complex, where the suspect allegedly stole Galvan's SUV and fatally struck him. McBride is charged with felony murder, felony hit-and-run, and grand larceny auto.
