23-year-old Diego Alessandro Gomez, a Kansas drug dealer, was sentenced to 16 years in prison for two counts of distributing fentanyl. During the investigation, Gomez was found with over 1,600 fentanyl pills, leading to his conviction. District Attorney Steve Howe commented that they will continue working with law enforcement partners to hold accountable those dealing death in the community.
