32-year-old Chloe Davies with hereditary angioedema experiences no attacks in over a year after participating in a drug trial.

32-year-old Chloe Davies from Bristol, suffering from hereditary angioedema (HAE), a rare condition causing spontaneous swelling attacks, has experienced significant improvements after participating in a drug trial with North Bristol NHS Trust. Her attacks have reduced from one every four to six days to none in over a year. HAE affects around one in 50,000 people, and there's no cure, but treatments can manage symptoms.
